• To find Sander Cohen's apartment you cannot kill him during your first encounter. This also will allow you to reach behind the door he will unlock during the first encounter. You will find him later in the game where he will attack you after unlocking the door to his apartment. This is also necessary to access one weapon upgrade station which is located in his apartment.
• To get the "good" ending you must rescue all the Little Sisters. To get the "other" ending you can simply save before your last Little Sister encounter and reload from that point and harvest this Little Sister to get the second ending. NOTE: It has been reported that people have harvested one Little Sister and still gotten the good ending. This may indicate that you may be able to simply rescue a majority of Little Sisters for the good ending. Use this information with caution, however, the XBOX 360 achievement requires all to be rescued.
• Attack Big Daddies only when Little Sisters are around. If a Big Daddy doesn't have a Little Sister kill a splicer or two and wait for the Big Daddy to bang on a wall hole to call a Little Sister out.
