Note: Before going after all the other achievements that require skills, I suggest you get all your skills to a four star rating before getting most of the achievements.
[edit] 1. Agency Explosives Expert (20) - Bomb your way to a 4-star Explosives rating.
Explosive Weapons and Gadgets:
Watson HE99-X 'Firefly (Heat Seeking Rocket Launcher) Note: Some people have difficult finding this weapon, go to the Shai-Gen area, many gangs have at least one guy uses the weapon, kill him and take it.
Watson HE99 'Hothead (Rocket Launcher) The Volk has this weapon.
Watson HE79 'Grenadier' (Grenade Launcher)The Los Muertos boss has this weapon.
Grenade (Just a regular grenade) Agency
Colby 'Limpet Charge' (After you throw the grenade, activate it pressing the Right Bumper) Agency
Shrapnel Grenade (Explodes shrapnel for extra damage) Los Muertos Gangs carry these.
Cluster Grenade (Releases other grenades to explode when thrown) Shai-Gen carry these.
You can get this skill by blowing up enemy vehicles when they are inside the vehicle. Shai-Gen will give you the most experience since they are the hardest gang to fight.
[edit] 2. Agency Athlete (20) - Run & jump your way to a 4-star Agility rating.
Raising your skill for this can be done by collecting the green agility orbs, finishing races, and sometimes shooting people from a distance while jumping. You get agility skills every time you get a new record on a race, so you could purposely complete the race under 1 second and beat it again faster, getting more agility skill.
[edit] 3. Agency Wheelman (20) - Accelerate and slide your way to a 4-star Driving rating.
You can obtain this skill by jumping through Stunt Markers, tricks (Successful front flips, back flips, barrel rolls, and long jumps), running over gang members, and finishing races, again you can finish a certain race under 1 minute and get more skill beating the record again.
Once you have reached the four star rating you can use your hydrolics by holding "B" and releasing, Supercar can shoot machine guns on the side by pressing and holding "B", and finally the Truck Cab can use NOS pressing "B".
[edit] 4. Agency Brawler (20) - Punch, jab, kick, and throw your way to a 4-star Strength rating.
To obtain a four star skill in this you can hit gang members with your gun, kick gang members, throw cars at gang members, and kick enemy cars.
[edit] 5. Agency Marksman (20) - Hit your target every time to achieve a 4-star Firearms rating.
The only way to obtain this skill is by shooting. Just keep shooting all the gang members and bosses. It may take a while since there are really no alternatives. You can use the Supercar once you are at rating four to shoot gang members if you want.
[edit] 6. Master Agent (40) - Earn 4-star ratings in all five skill areas and then max out your Skills Status meters.
In this achievement you need all your skills to be all the way up until it shows you cannot raise it any more. Hidden Orbs can help you out on this for some extra skill.
[edit] 7. Roadkill King (15) - Mow down and massacre 175 gang members while driving.
Using the Truck Cab could be the most useful for this achievement. Once you reach a certain speed cars end up exploding once you hit them. SUV doesn't work as good, the Supercar helps a bit but sometimes they just go flying.
[edit] 8. High Flyer (10) - Make your way to the top of the Agency Tower.
Easy when you are a four star rating for agility. Grab building windows and jump from ledge to ledge to get to the top. Some parts you may get stuck but look around, you might need to jump to another building to reach even farther up.
[edit] 9. Firing Squad (15) - Fire away - shoot and kill 500 gang members using firearms.
Pretty self-explanatory. Just keep shooting gang members until you have unlocked the achievement. Your most likely to gain the achievement working through the story mode and getting to a four star rating in your Gun Skills.
[edit] 10. Bare-Knuckle Brawler (15) - Kill 150 gang members with your bare hands (or thrown objects).
You will definitely get this achievement when your getting your Strength skill up to a four star rating. Just go around, do the story and beat up gang members.
[edit] 11. Mad Bomber (15) - Show your explosive personality - kill 500 gang members using explosives.
Can be done while getting your skills up for explosives. Go through the story and explode as many gang members as you can. I suggest using the Homing Rocket Launcher for working on this achievement.
[edit] 12. Untouchable Agent (15) - Kill 200 gang members without dying yourself.
Kill 200 gang members without dying, go around using the homing rocket launcher. Do this near a supply point in case you run out of ammo and I suggest fighting the Los Muertos, since they are the easiest gang.
[edit] 13. Body Juggler (20) - Use explosives to keep a body up in the air for 10 seconds.
Go up onto a tall building with a body. Take out the Homing Rocket Launcher and and throw the body as far as you can and start shooting all 5 rockets. Once body hits the ground, achievement is unlocked.
[edit] 14. Car Juggler (20) - Use explosives to keep a car up in the air for seven seconds.
Here is my way of doing this achievement, it has some requirements.
Requirements:
- Rating 3 or 4 Agility
- Rating 2,3, or 4 Strength
- Rating 3 or 4 Explosives
- Homing Rocket Launcher
From the Agency spawn, take the tunnel to the Los Muertos. Go straight ahead and continue through the curvy street and make a right. Drive until you get to another right (Not to the Highway). Drive down the road until you see the red bridge. Find a small car and pick it up. Jump onto the side of the bridge, not in the middle where you can get stuck in between the bridge railings. Walk up until you have reached the top. Jump, throw the car as high as you can, lock onto it and fire away. Achievement should unlock once the car hits the ocean.
[edit] 15. Hazardous Hangtime (10) - Execute a 6-second jump in a vehicle.
I suggest driving to the top of a Shai-Gen building with the SUV. You can only do this when you have a four star rating for driving. Start from a small distance from the wall your driving up. Jump and turn the car pointing up to the building, hold "B" and drive up the building, as soon as you hear the noise of the tires stopping its hydrolics hold and press "B" again. It takes a while to learn, but it is fun as soon as you learn it. Once your on a building jump off it and get a hang time of 6 seconds.
The 3rd tallest building in the game located in the Shai-Gen area is the easiest building to get onto with a SUV.
In Los Muertos, there is a spot by a stunt marker that you can place one of those vehicle transporters by a rock, that is facing the water, that will a good spot for getting the 6 second airtime, When you launch just keep going, I didn't do any tricks and you should land in the water! I did this with an agency car. Worked Perfectly!
[edit] 16. Driving High (10) - Achieve a height of 115 feet or more in a vehicle.
In the driving on building walls tip I gave above, you can easily get this. It will unlock once you reached 115 feet. Or find one of the smaller cars and take it inside the Shai Gen building and use the lift there. And you will get it as the lift goes up.
[edit] 17. Front Flipper (20) - Execute two forward flips in a single jump in a moving vehicle.
On the Highway with a SUV, drive in an area that has a very straight road. get your speed to around 180 MPH. Jump from holding "B" and try doing a front flip, just hold down the forward button, after you hit the ground with the front of your car once you will get a big boost in the air, giving you a chance to do two front flips. If you land in some water, you will have plenty of time to do two front flips.
Alternative: Go through the Agency tunnel to the Volk. Get your speed as fast as you can and jump at the end of the tunnel. You will be able to do 2 front flips.
[edit] 18. Timed Stunt Driver (20) - Execute six car stunts in 60 seconds.
Do front flips (Easiest trick) from a truck that has a jump on the back of it. Do 6 of them in 60 seconds, may take a couple of tries.
[edit] 19. Base Jumper (10) - Jump from the top of the Agency Tower and land in the water below.
Simple once you reached the top of the Agency Tower. Jump into the water below, don't die.
[edit] 20. Stunt Driver (20) - Successfully execute five car stunts - front & back flips, barrel rolls, a long jump.
Find a ramp, one is located at near the exit from the Agency tunnel to Shai-Gen area. Easily pull off all stunts; Front flip (holding the left stick forward), back flip (holding the right stick backwards), right barrel roll (holding the left stick right), left barrel roll (holding the left stick left), and a long jump(doing a 200 ft. jump).
Long jump tip: Start at the entrance of the agency tunnel to the Volk, at the end of the tunnel, jump and you should go far enough to reach 200 ft.

Agility orbs are found on buildings, jump around and search for them, there is no map, makes things a bit harder. Just jump every where you a see a green agility orb.
[edit] 23. Repo Man (10) - Commandeer 100 gang-controlled vehicles.
Easy, go to Boss locations and enter all the enemies vehicles, go around the city stealing gang cars.
[edit] 24. Los Muertos Intel Master (10) - Locate all Los Muertos dossier targets.

This achievement is divided into sub-achievements. The game will let you know when you've cleared a sub-achievement.
Blow up 25 gang-controlled vehicles in 60 seconds. Equip both the Hothead and the Firefly and go to the Shai-Gen islands by car. Run over as many soldiers as you can before your car blows up. Then start throwing grenades at clusters of enemies. What you want to do is provoke a fight and get them to send hit squads after you.
When the squads start coming, equip either rocket launcher and aim for the cars. Take out any stragglers with grenades, and just keep blowing cars up with your rocket launchers. You should have this achievement before you even run out of ammo.
May take a few tries and may also require a full 4-star explosives ranking.
Kill 15 gang members with your bare hands or thrown objects in 60 seconds. This is easiest to do while fighting a boss, preferably a Los Muertos one. Just run around like a madman, kicking people and you'll easily get this one. It's easiest to do when you've got 2-4 stars.
Shoot and kill 15 gang members in 60 seconds. See above. Pretty easy. I suggest doing it at the Los Muertos kingpin's (Garcia) house. Remember not to use rocket launchers.
Use explosives to kill 25 gang members in 60 seconds. See above, but remember to use rocket launchers.
Use a vehicle to kill 10 gang members in 60 seconds. This is very easy to do on the Shai-Gen island. There are many groups of enemies with 4-7 people at the same spot. Just find a place where there are two groups close to each other.
Pop 20 tires on gang-controlled vehicles in 60 seconds. To auto-aim at tires, lock on to a vehicle and while viewing the car from the side, press down on the left stick until you get the game to lock onto the wheels (it can be glitchy). Then fire. You may have to re-lock on to the tires after the first one (also glitchy).
To get this achievement with this in mind, head to the huge garage where you fought Rafael Diaz. It's in the southwestern part of the northern Los Muertos island, it's the big half-round half-rectangle thing on the map.
With the boss cleared out, this area will be devoid of enemies. But there will still be gang cars! There should be at least 6 of them, but you only need 5. Go to the back/right where there's four tuners lined up and shoot out each of their tires, then run back to wherever the other cars have spawned and shoot out four tires on either of the cars there.
This probably doesn't require any specific upgrades, but having 4 stars in firearms and agility probably wouldn't hurt.
[edit] 33. Take Me To Your Supply Point (10) - Unlock your first Supply Point.
Easy, find a supply point, look at your radar on the bottom left corner to see where supply points are located near you. Most of the time supply points are near bosses.

Easy, jump in the air, take out the homing rocket launcher and aim in the middle of five gang members, easiest at the Shai-Gen area, most gang members have 5-7 gang members together.
[edit] 36. Shot-putter (10) - Throw any object (other than a grenade) 205 feet or more.
At the top of the second biggest building in the game, located in the Shai-Gen area, get to the top of that tower, going through the building with agility rating 4 to get to high spots. Throw a person from the top of that building off onto the ground, achievement unlocked.
[edit] 37. Global Impact (15) - Kill 15 gang members using the Observatory Globe.
The "Observatory Globe" is the golden globe that you can find in the parking lot next to the house (observatory, duh) in the northern part of the northern Volk island It's close to the mines where you killed Romanova, and even closer to the eastern bridge that leads to the Shai-Gen islands.
Just shoot the explosives by the globe, pick it up and find you some gang members to throw it on.
You might need to have high levels of agility and strength to do this, I can' confirm as I was maxed when I did it.
[edit] 38. Ring Leader (20) - Drive through all of the unique Stunt Markers.
You need rating four for getting all these stunt markers. Here is a map in case you are having trouble. Also you can only view stunt markers when your in a vehicle, use the SUV.
[edit] 39. Chain Banger (10) - Blow up 100 explosive objects in 60 seconds.
At the beach, near the carnival, in Los Muertos, go to where the wooden houses are, there are barrels set up for the achievement. Throw some Limpet Charges in certain areas and blow them up, if achievement is not unlocked walk some where else and come back real quick, the barrels will re-spawn, giving you more time to get more barrels exploded.
[edit] 40. Double Trouble (10) - Double your fun - complete your first mission in Co-op mode.
Find a buddy on your friends list to play Co-op with you. Complete the first mission and the achievement is unlocked.
[edit] 41. Tag Teamer (40) - Partner up and complete every mission in Co-op mode.
Find a buddy on Xbox Live or your friends list. Make sure he is going to play for a long time with you so you can hurry up with the achievement. Kill all gang leaders and bosses. Make sure you both have four star rating in everything so you can whiz through the game easily.
