To earn this achievement, take a photograph of Jessie after she's turned into a zombie. The opportunity for this begins when she calls Frank to tell him that the special forces are coming, and ends when the special forces arrive at midnight on the 22nd.
It isn't necessary that zombie Jessie be "alive" when you capture the photo.
